*All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery the next working day.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the UK. If you’re based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss shipping options.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your Sheinman purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Email eyecare@sheinman.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging.
Post the item back to us at:

*Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days via the original payment method. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
