- We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours, finishes, and sizes may vary slightly.
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, or withdraw products at any time.
4. Ordering & Payment
- When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items.
- Payment must be made in full using one of the payment methods we accept.

We accept payment via debit/credit card which is powered by Stripe.

6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your Sheinman purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
