Here at Sheinman, we take customer service very seriously and over the years we’ve built up a reputation throughout Northants as being ‘the best’!
Last year we started offering our customers the chance of reviewing their experience of our service on the Trustpilot website and we’re very proud to have a wonderful average score of 9.8/10. As a thank you to customers who take the time to leave a review, we draw a winner at random every 6 months and they can choose between £150 store credit of Love2Shop vouchers. In the picture below you can see our most recent winner Ms Hughes collecting her vouchers from one of our dispensers, Chris.

We also love seeing how our customers are getting on with their specs once they leave the practice so we invite them to post a #sheinmanselfie on our social media sites. Every 12 months we pick a winner at random and this time the prize of £150 store credit or shopping vouchers went to Miss Steel, pictured below with another of our team, Avril.
